With the current disruption created by the COVID-19 pandemic, Performance Captured Academy has modified its teaching program to ensure the safety of our students and mentors. By taking all necessary action in our training environments and following the government guidelines, we now feel confident to restart our training programs.
If the situation worsens we will of course immediately cease courses until it is safe to do so. In the event of a further government lockdown, please refer to our Covid 19 cancellation policy below.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
The holding deposit is not refundable I am afraid unless in the case of a COVID-19 event, as described below. We can however transfer at no cost your place to another course ( this has been a company policy for a couple of years now) and this will be valid for up to 12 months.
Individuals needing to cancel up to 5 days before the course with a COVID-19 related issue ( ie symptoms , self isolation due to sick household or family emergency), can apply for a full refund.
Individuals cancelling within 5 days of course start, will only be eligible for a part refund of the full fee, minus a percentage of the studio hire fee.
Lockdown refund - in the event of a studio cancellation we will refund full payment up to 5 days before the course, if within 5 days we may only be able to issue a part refund, please see above.
